Basically it does what reverse brow lifts does. Lengthens forhead muscles

You can get hooded eyes with scotch tape

Reverse brow lift for uee is real though. People were doing this on looksmax in 2021-2022. Getting Botox to lower brow and it gave hooding

Frownies basically mimic Botox

medical tape is basically the same thing. Or double sided tape with a paper put on it to give it stifness

There’s a couple post on here about peopling having success with Botox (with before and after pics), but I also remember one dude saying it didn’t work
