There are tons of articles how carbs are bad for skin and health reason, then there are articles how all fat is bad. Fuck this shit, what am i supposed to do??? Only water is healthy by this point fuck fuckkkkkkkk, i need meat tbh, 10 pounds of read mean a day

Meat (preferably grass fed) with vegetables and some fruit and nuts mixed in is what you need. No diet plans required.

There is ton or studies done where it is proven how every type of fat cloges arteries. The Masai tribesmen all had problems with their artieries cause of life long animal fat.
Olive oil is not safe too, a study was done on Greek men who consumed olive oil there whole life and the ones who didn't. Guess who had much worse heart health and arteries

Sugar industry paid a lot of money to demonize fat. Basically its a bunch of jew companies wanting you to buy their shit. Anyways Fat and even some cholesterol is needed for test development. But you want to have a strong heart first so it doesnt accumulate in your arteries and clog them. Preferably monosaturated like avocado and olive oil instead of polysaturated like in bacon grease and fried goods.

As for carbs you need those to use your brain, but you want carbs with a lower glycemic index so your metab stays fast and you dont fuck your liver. Whole grains and such. Avoid sugar as much as possible, fruits are your replacement.

so naturally I would believe we should eat high fat

But in the end all food is bad. You just got to choose what does the least "damage" in a sense. I believe animal fat is the best source nutritionally. Even too much protein can be bad.

The most truthful and bitter answer, all food is bad indeed except low carb vegetables. There was a person in my moms village who lived to 110 years old, he was giga skinny always and just ate vegetables with very little fat and carbs

a diet that gives you straight teeth is unironically several generations of LOTS of chewing, say on raw meat, carrots, bones and so on. there is nothing more to underdeveloped jaws other than your ancestors and yourself not chewing enough as a kid and most importantly teenagers

You could find a study that shows just about anything is bad for you. Carbs, meat, wheat, rice, oranges, persimmon, sassafras. You name it and there is some study about it and how it is bad for some organ or how it harms your skin or overloads your liver or clogs your arteries. If you dont eat many processed foods and you get exercise I cant see how you could go wrong

Examples of processed food you might think is ok/healthy but could have lots of sugar:

Granola bars
Flavored nuts
Lots of sauces: ketchup, spaghetti sauce, BBQ sauce, etc.
Fruit juices
Lots of yoghurts
