Fuck I was botched

I had a 3 piece lefort and BSSO for my underbite. I looked at the ct scan with pagnoni and he told me I need a revision. My original surgeon made my maxilla slanted by grafting bone in the left side. Now my jaw is tilted down to the left. The mandible and chin are deviated up to the right. Fuck I need help. Please help. Do i sue my original surgeon or ask him to fix it? He said this result was the best he could accomplish for my bite

Still I’m consulting with pagnoni, but fuck I was really hoping I didn’t need to get surgery again.do I ask my doctor for a refund

Looking at your before and after from Reddit, I don't think you needed a lf1 at all. Just BSSO for mandible setback. Your midface was already decent

I would bet most surgeon's see themselves as Gods and are void of empathy for the deformed plebs who's bones they saw apart

Going to consult with other surgeons and ask if they can impact and move my maxilla bit more forward while they’re st it. Also give me some implants and a rhino why not lmao
