Then I was massaging my hair the hair was so thin and had knots and tons of hair was falling out

Today I used dermaroller 1.5mm and castor oil peppermint oil coconut oil etc and evrnr more hair came out

HOW THE FUCK DID THIS HAPPEN TO ME!!!

I'M NOT GOING BALD AT 17 FUARK

finasteride would sound crazy at first but u keep coping with shit methods lose hair and then atlast when it's over u turn to finasteride. Topical finasteride doesn't have alot of research backing it but I've seen gair regrowth with it so I recommend it.

scalp exercises work quite well at easing scalp tension and increasing blood flow
i've been doing them for almost a month, the mild shedding i had before is almost completely gone and i'm also experiencing some regrowth in some parts of my hairline
