Then I was massaging my hair the hair was so thin and had knots and tons of hair was falling out

Today I used dermaroller 1.5mm and castor oil peppermint oil coconut oil etc and evrnr more hair came out

HOW THE FUCK DID THIS HAPPEN TO ME!!!

I'M NOT GOING BALD AT 17 FUARK

Don't take fin unless you're absolutely sure it's MPB.
Finish your exams and then focus on getting a good diet, good sleep and a light workout routine (running/walking every other day).
Stop washing your hair every single day and start learning about good hair care.
If you see no improvement in 6 months, then you can get yourself checked by a specialist and see if it's MPB.

Minoxidil shouldnt be the first line of defense as it is mainly for regrowth and not to stop it. All the gains will be lost after stopping minox.
Derma needle and take alfatradiol (ell cranell) especially on the balding areas. It's a weak topical anti androgen, comparable to 2% minoxidil but it fights the underlying hormonal issue instead of just being a growth factor like minoxidil.
Change your diet and lifestyle asap, maybe some (cope) supplements (don't spend too much money on that. They aren't really cope if you are deficient tho).
Take alfatradiol till you are old enough to start finasteride (if needed).

That's my opinion on what you should do.

I would start with alfatradiol tho to see if that can stop the loss. Try to use as little as possible but as much as needed.

im pretty sure results like that pic are from follicle rejection (usually from a shitty doc) and well transplanted hair doesnt tend to fall out, even if placed in high tension areas-but i couldnt find any long term reports on that

look into your family history with balding, if your father and uncles on both sides were all balding, then it's going to be over for you if you don't stop it

consider minoxidil

look into buying toppik hair fibers to cover it up in the meanwhile

stop shampooing, only use conditioner every 2-3 days, and cold water in the meanwhile
