Also as far as I know depending on your genetics even a few percentage points or one percent can have a big difference on facial aesthetics, so your technically right about that.

yeah i get really fast facial fat but also lose it fast when leaning down so maybe i look alot different when 11% we shall see next months

It's full of foreigners indeed. Almost the all South is, but i tend go to less crowded cities/beaches there though, like in the city of Tavira, which has more domestic tourism.

I tried Jergens and it looked too fake. I want to preserve as much collagen as possible ideally so natural tanning isn't really an option. If you're caught wearing self tanner it'll be a huge turn off so I'd be willing to pay a lot for a really realistic one but I can't seem to find one on the market.

Bulking as a natty is stupid unless you do it for sports. If you have to choose lean or muscular choose lean, both is best but fat and muscular is no good unless you're giga big.

Leanbulk is the way boyo, light calorie surplus is all you need for significant difference in gains.

I did fuck up when applying it, but even if I were to have got it bang on the colour still looked too fake. That was just for my skin tone, though. It might look better on yours. I'm going to try them all over the course of a year and see which one looks best.

Bulking and looking good are polar opposites.

I have literally never seen a guy who is natural, go on a bulk and look better. Bulking=spending years and months to look worse. That is the reality.

Just today i saw a bulkmaxxed guy at the gym who lifted a shit ton of weight but just looked overweight and out of shape although he muscle mogged everyone in the room. I would rather be weaker, lighter and look better than to sacrifice everything for strength.

Bulking is a legit choice for roided men though. Fat is harder to gain and easier to lose, the few kg's of fat just melt off and the muscle stays if you stop bulking.

Yes thats why you see guys 3-5 years into their gymcel career with no shape whatsoever. They are just big, fat and shapeless.
If you dont have a decent v taper 1 year into training, you are doing something wrong. (not training your lats and shoulders enough while having too high body fat for a small waist)

If you are not curling your biceps, you are doing something wrong.
If you are not isolating your abs, you are doing something wrong.
The biggest antidote to aesthetics is to follow a compound only bulking program that is heavily focused on squats and deadlifts. ( The most draining lifts with the least return on an aesthetic physique)
