I'll eat 3 low/moderate carb high protein meals per day and run for 8 hrs. That's probably the best way to get lean for me.

Thats good but I run more than 2 hours every other day and it took me a month to lose 5kgs of fat
 
8b is overkill and larp.

even if you managed to do it you will probably faint and wake up in er.

Just lift heavy and slow paste steady cardio for 1h after every workout.

Not low carb but low calorie foods and high in protein. Go for 2g of protein for 1kg bw
