The day before yesterday, i did two sets of African Curls, using a 2kg dumbbell my friend gave me (he also gave me a second one with it, so it's a pair). Don't laugh about the weight of the dumbbell. I'm slightly a beginner to weights. I've been doing calisthenics 3 years though. I was skinny af. Now, I'm still kinda skinny, but i have gained some muscle. I'm improving a lot. The reason i prolly still look skinny is because my mom buys me size-large t-shirts (tearfuel

) and I'm over 2 meters tall. But it's okay, I'm still improving. As i said, two days ago i had an African curls session of two sets. Both on my left arm. Because it was smaller than my right arm, and i wanted to equalize them. From then, my left arm muscle hurts like shit and very sore. And now that I'm looking at it, i seriously think that it actually GREW how is this even possible

. This was very lifefuel AF
