Chicken liver: you remove the white and leave it in lemon juice for 20 mins, and then dump it in a pot in which you fried onions and garlics.

I’ve heard of people dosing like 100,000IU of vit A per day and they are fine. Vitamin A toxicity jfl, also vit C protects against A overload anyway. And why the fuck would you eat multiple other foods to get the same nutrients that you could get from a bit of liver everyday.

So it's a pointless food, it tastes like shit, brings nothing to the table that you can't get elsewhere, and puts you at risk for vitamin A overload. Not just vit A, but iron too, which is way more dangerous

Vitamin a toxicity is from supplements or if the liver is toxic itself. I doubt there has ever been a case of "vitamin a toxicity" from just eating non toxic liver.

Try ox liver fried in coconut oil, tastes much better than beef, lamb and chicken liver.
 
@wolfhaleywang i eat liver once a week, and the vit A thats not used is stored in the liver, so i don't need to eat carrots everyday (i hate carrots tbh)
