My 17 year old brother got it and he is ugly now and he is like almost 4 inches taller than me and slightly younger get he’s depressed and shit coping with gymmaxxing because I never got it removed

Most people have narrow palates because of soft foods.
 
I have no doubt that it weakens the jaw, but does anyone have any actual pics as an example of what areas look weaker / how?
