2. no matter what you do, you are getting to that predetermined height anyway (even if u dont get proper sleep or proper diet)
3. hgh wont make u taller than predetermined height

so conclusion, theres no point in taking hgh. unless ur growth plates are about to close and you havent reached ur predetermined height.
