i am longskulled with my face being 1.5 times longer than wide, however at that my chin to philtrum is a 1:1.5
if i increase chin size my face will look even longer, however if i get something to fix my philtrum instead of chin it'll throw off my near perfect midface ratio.

any advice on what to do in this situation without having to spend 10 mil on surgeries

1.4 is ideal you shouldnt be too far off

What is your midface ratio

1-1.1 is ideal

If your midface is super slightly long then that would be 0.98, not 1.02, that would be super slightly compact but still ideal.

If your ESR is ideal, and so is your MFR, so should your tfhwr not be long... Measure with tools not irl

i do measure with tools (ie mspaint but what works works)
esr near .44 if i recall but i havent measured that in a second and im blanking on what it exactly is

non tfwhr but just fwhr is 1.64 it seems
