Strained my shoulder tendon at work (manual labor).

I wear a shoulder strap. Take mk677, bpc 157 and cardarine and I'm still not back to 100% after 2 days.

I've had those in the past from lifting. Called tendonitis I believe.

It can haunt you for a long time if you don't manage it carefully. It's popped up for me on the same shoulder a few times over the years.

Depending on the severity you might need to rest a few weeks and start going back into the gym gradually with a lot of shoulder warm-ups and exercises to strengthen that area.

Sound like you do manual labor so that's not ideal.

The tendons / joints /ligaments I have damanged (ankle, shoulder, wrist) have never recovered 100% even after years and all need to be managed.

Then there’s me who got hit by a car twice, (one of them I went airbone when a mustang pulled out in front of me without looking) and I fell 25 feet when I was 8. Haven’t broken anything yet.
