Are these procedures usually risky?A path that could be possible in the future for my hardmaxxing journey is implants.The plan consists of infra and supraorbital implants as well as chin and jaw implants
Originally I was looking into fat grafts but I read that only like 30% remains.(might be false info idk)
Are the botch rates on operations like these usually high?And is the roi usually good?lmk

I think @Orka is pretty knowledgeable about surgeries and I was reading a post of his and if ur smart and dissolve yearly it’s fairly good short term
But long term compared to implants it’s not worth it.

For jaw its Better to get surgery no? I get filler/inplants for infras and supras but for jaw Is Better to move the bone

Fuck fat grafts, I'd stick to implants. Implants are perfect for fixing flaws/recession/falios. If you are not completely fucked up and need some sort of bimax or lefort osteotomy, I think implants are perfect.

Take this advice with a little grain of salt, I am not the most knowledgeable in this area.
