Hair is one of the most underrated aspects of psl, everyone on this site and .com focouses on the jaw, cheekbones and eye area, and whilst they are extreemly important I would argue that good hair is equal to if not more important than the hard tissue of the face, take this man for example:

Young Joseph Stalin does not have any stand out featurs, infact I would say that his jaw, cheekbones and eye area are slightly below average, however I have seen irl female teachers saying that he is handsome, why is this? Well it is pretty obvious that it is because of his amazing hair, Stalins hair is not only incredibly thick, but it has volume and a strong natural shine that makes his hair look alive and full of life, imagen him with flat thin hair, all his appeal would vanish, his hair halos him hard and makes him look allmost God like in a way. The reason hair is so important however is that it is a huge health marker, as most average moderd day people certainly don't have the ability to grow thick, long, healthy hair like Stalins, hair is very low down in the bodys higherarchy of needs as only when everything in the body is healthy the hair gets attention, so when you you see someone with naturally betifull hair you know that they are truly healthy.



2.The methods to attain shinny mane like hair
First of all, I know it sounds retarded but raw eggwashing your hair helps a ton as the egg has alot of vitaming like zinc and B12 which norish the hair and protine to help with growth, the white acts as conditioner whereas the yolk is the shampoo itself, quiting shampoo was the best thing I have ever done for my hair, it went from greassy and tangled all the time so soft and shinny even though I only wash it twise a week, your hair will look bad after quiting shampoo because shampoo stripps the naturall oils out of your hair and leaves it in a sorry state (greasy and or dry) which means you will have to use conditioner to minic the appearence of health, (just like how foids use makeup to fraud healthy skin) but after one or two months your hair should return back to it's naturall state and any thinning caused by the shampoo's harsh chemicals will be slowly reversed, shampoo is a j3wi3h lie so stop using it now, think a lion dosn't need head and shoulders for it's mane. you can also use essential oils such as coconut, tea tree, castor and olive oil for quicker hair growth and hair mosterisation in case you have high porpority hair that struggles to hold mosture, tea tree oil has the best anti dandruff effect and coconut oil creates the best shine and is best for curly and coily hair types as they lack naturall moisture, however don't overuse, just a table spoon two times a week mixed in with the egg

Trying to hairmaxx withought looking at your diet is pointless, it is like a giant tree withought roots, diet is important in all aspects of looksmaxxing especially hair as your hair is literally made of what you eat since hair made of is 98% protine which is why people on a low protene diet such as vegans have such thin dry hair, (take Bryan Johnson for example) the body needs a high protine diet to create and maintain hair so eat lots of organs, fish, red meat and egg yolks as these are some of the highest protine foods on Earth, try to avoid vegetables and grains of any sort if you can as they often contain anti-nutrients which hinder the absorbtion of the protine and other nurtients from the meat, root like carrots vegitables are fine though, the fat in animal products also helps the hairs shine, as they lock moisture into the hair strands and form an external lipid layer on the hair that reflects light giving the hair that shinny look.

minoxidil, although I would only recomend it as a last resort in addition to scalp massages and egg washing I think going the synthetic rout can sometimes be benificial as oral minoxydill not only regrows your head hair but your eyelashes to, one last method is rosemairy oil, one study compared 2% rosemairy oil with 2% minoxidil and the rosemairy oil regrew more hair, so if you are suffering with hair loss/thinning mix a table spoon of rosemairy oil in your raw eggg and wash your hair with it twise a week for maxximum hair growth.

First of all, I know it sounds retarded but raw eggwashing your hair helps a ton as the egg has alot of vitaming like zinc and B12 which norish the hair and protine to help with growth, the white acts as conditioner whereas the yolk is the shampoo itself, quiting shampoo was the best thing I have ever done for my hair, it went from greassy and tangled all the time so soft and shinny even though I only wash it twise a week, your hair will look bad after quiting shampoo because shampoo stripps the naturall oils out of your hair and leaves it in a sorry state (greasy and or dry) which means you will have to use conditioner to minic the appearence of health, (just like how foids use makeup to fraud healthy skin) but after one or two months your hair should return back to it's naturall state and any thinning caused by the shampoo's harsh chemicals will be slowly reversed, shampoo is a j3wi3h lie so stop using it now, think a lion dosn't need head and shoulders for it's mane. you can also use essential oils such as coconut, tea tree, castor and olive oil for quicker hair growth and hair mosterisation in case you have high porpority hair that struggles to hold mosture, tea tree oil has the best anti dandruff effect and coconut oil creates the best shine and is best for curly and coily hair types as they lack naturall moisture, however don't overuse, just a table spoon two times a week mixed in with the egg


3.How nutrision and lifestyle affects hair growth and quality
Trying to hairmaxx withought looking at your diet is pointless, it is like a giant tree withought roots, diet is important in all aspects of looksmaxxing especially hair as your hair is literally made of what you eat since hair made of is 98% protine which is why people on a low protene diet such as vegans have such thin dry hair, (take Bryan Johnson for example) the body needs a high protine diet to create and maintain hair so eat lots of organs, fish, red meat and egg yolks as these are some of the highest protine foods on Earth, try to avoid vegetables and grains of any sort if you can as they often contain anti-nutrients which hinder the absorbtion of the protine and other nurtients from the meat, root like carrots vegitables are fine though, the fat in animal products also helps the hairs shine, as they lock moisture into the hair strands and form an external lipid layer on the hair that reflects light giving the hair that shinny look.


4.How to hairmaxx for each hair type
Their are four different hair types, they are

Straight:

For straight hair I would suggest not using any oils as the hairs natural oils can travel straight down the hair shaft easily, whereas with curlier hair types the moisture has to travel through the hairs curls which act as a roadblock for the oils, so coconut oil is out of the question for hair washing, straight hair is the easiest hair type to deal with as it is the flattest and easiest to control as it is much more uniform than say curly hair ,it should be washed atleased three times a week. Wavy hair is a mixture beteween straight and curly hair in that it can get frizzy and weighd down if not taken care of properly as it's natural bend lifts the hair's outer cuticle, making it much harder for natural scalp oils to travel down the hair shaft, this is why wavy hair is more prone to dehydration than straight hair which lacks a natural curve, I recomend washing wavy hair twice a week. Curly hair is difficult to take care of as it's tight spirals make it difficult for the scalp's natural oils to travel down the hair shaft leading to the hair being more dry and damage prone, coily hair is the most fragile hair type as it is basically a more extreme version of curly hair, as it's curls are tighter the hairs naturall oils struggle to travel down the hair shaft, for curly and coily hair I recomend using a whole raw egg and an extra egg white for conditioning as to prevent dry hair, for curly and coily hair I suggest washing it no more than once a week.


5.How to deal with hairling recession/diffuse thinning
A major cause of baldness is scalp tightness which is caused by muscle tention, tight hairstyles and shampoo, to reduce this tightness start scalp massages for 5 minuites a day, here is a video that teaches you how to perform it.



Whilst scalp massaging sounds like cope their is tons of anicdotal evidance as well as scientific studys to prove it's legitanacy, way to help regrow hair is through oral
minoxidil, although I would only recomend it as a last resort in addition to scalp massages and egg washing I think going the synthetic rout can sometimes be benificial as oral minoxydill not only regrows your head hair but your eyelashes to, one last method is rosemairy oil, one study compared 2% rosemairy oil with 2% minoxidil and the rosemairy oil regrew more hair, so if you are suffering with hair loss/thinning mix a table spoon of rosemairy oil in your raw eggg and wash your hair with it twise a week for maxximum hair growth.
