I will not be talking about combining GH with other substances until later maybe due to there being little clinical studies of HGH in tandem with things like an AI or test + tren, etc. however, alternatives will be briefly touched upon at the end. Nothing is health advice, this is purely informative, and take everything with a grain of salt as there is a lot of contradicting information. I will try to keep this as concise as possible and as easy to read as possible, so niche details will be excluded. This thread is mostly for people whose plates are still open. im not gonna include sources because im a lazy retard but dm me if you really want them

Intro
If you clicked on this you probably already know the benefits and risks of taking hgh. If you don't, stop being a retard and do some research. I will cover everything you need to do to take HGH while minimizing all risks.
if you need to research i recommend
this thread as a place to start.

Part 1: Precautions
GET BLOODWORK DONE. if you are a minor, ask your parents to see the doctor then make up any bs excuse that relates to any health conditions you had in the past or conditions that can be easily faked (for me, since my plates opened late (currently 16), I just said some bs about that). after asking for whatever 'concerns' you, mention that you are curious about your growth patterns and ask for the panel to include (at least): IGF-1 or IFGBP3, fasting glucose level, HbA1c, a lipid panel, metabolic panel (CMP), test (total + free), and thyroid panel. If you are not a minor you can get bloodwork done whenever. Bloodwork is important because HGH will be most effective (for height gains) if you are deficient, and it effects many biotic factors, especially blood sugar (more on this later). If you don't believe me, google how hgh effects all these things.
BLOOD GLUCOSE MONITOR - measuring blood glucose is EXTREMELY important as HGH increases blood sugar, which can lead to insulin resistance (very very bad for a number of reasons). Use the monitor to see how your body reacts to eating and pinning, and adjust accordingly.

Part 2: Sourcing
Try to keep it under $1 per IU. Anything more that is not pharma grade is a waste of money. It isn't difficult to find a source at that price point. Look up bodybuilding forums / steroid review sites.

Part 3: Timing
This is undoubtably the most important section. If you pin at night (recommended), pin at least 2 hours after eating. This makes it so your elevated blood sugar and insulin levels (from eating) drop, causing the supplemented gh to not only have a greater impact but also partially negate insulin resistance.

Part 4: Optimal supplements
I heavily recommend supplements that lower blood glucose levels and reduce insulin resistance along with the big 6: calcium, d3 & k2, magnesium, omega-3(fish oil), and zinc (you should take these regardless of taking hgh with the exception of calcium). The two i recommend the most are berberine and myo-inositol which help with insulin sensitivity and actually increase testosterone, albeit a marginal amount.

Part 5: Lifestyle
Your lifestyle very important when taking anything, especially hgh. None of this advice is new, im sure you have heard it thousands of times, but nothing compares to sleep and working out. They both reduce fasting insulin, causing gh to take a greater effect as the two are catabolic to each other.

ty for reading :)
lmk if you want me to share my limited knowledge on stacking gh with other compounds or if you want my sources

Because the information isn't new, and alot of the stuff is counterproductive to Height (if that is what you are taking rHGH for). I'll admit it's informational, especially the Blood-test Section, but we already have a BOTB Thread on this, and multiple other thread's like this.

Respect the effort for writing the Thread.

oh rlly i didnt know that ill go look ty
Also, Berberine isn't good to compound with HGH, AR Degradation and inhibit's musculature hypertrophy. GLP1s control Glucose better, or even better, Pin at Night (like you said, though, if someone doesn't know that Glucose is already high in the morning then they should not be pinning)
