Is full midface advancement with custom implants, including the nasion (I have seen it in some models, like at giant), better than a LeFort 3?

If you get botched, you can just remove the implants. Even if it causes some tissue stretching, it's still reversible. Plus, it is cheaper, safer, and the recovery is much easier

Btw stop calling LeFort 3 a meme surgery, some surgeons actually do it for aesthetics now
