CBA to format this and make it look all colorful, read it like a good goy
this guide wont include any steroids or peptides or sarms or nootropics

Gonna go from top to bottom
HAIR: Shampoo 1-2x per week, Conditioner 2-3x per week and Invest in a good leave in conditioner
Straight hair: Usually flat and oily, buy a good texture powder if its short, sea salt spray and a clay or pomade
Wavy hair: Virtually anything could work, what id recommend is:
Thick Wavy Hair: Focus on Moisture and Hydration: using a curl cream and leave in conditioner
Loose Wavy hair: sea salt spray

Now for curly hair: Most complicated hair type in my opinion, get a curl cream , mousse, and curl gel if necessary

EYEBROWS: dye them 1-2 shades darker than your hair color using beard dye
use a derma roller and minoxidil and castor oil to thicken them and also shape them up either at a salon or by yourself

EYES: Not much can be done here except using colored contacts ( caution), and lumify eye drops and growing your eyelashes with minoxidl
Debatable cope method: Some users reported some progress with volufiline

LIPS: Aquafor and mild stretching
TEETH: get damon braces if you need them covered by insurance and regularly use teeth whitening strips

SKIN: invest in a good AM and PM routine
What i currently do is
AM: Cleanser, vitamin c serum, caffeine serum, moisturizer, normal mineral or tinted spf (choose whatever)
PM: I have two separate PM routines
Day1: Cleanser, any strength tretinoin, moisturizer
Day 2: Cleanser, Niacinamide, Azelaic acid, moisturizer

BODY: Regularly try to get 10,000 steps
Lift 3-5x per week or do calisthenics
Do a sport of your liking (MMA, Football, Basketball)
Get a good stretching and posture routine

Supplements: Creatine, beta carotene, magnesium, zinc, ashwaganda, multivitamin, vitamin d3 and k2

Miscellaneous: Getting lean is ultimately the greatest softmaxx you can do so put the fork down
Debloating: Lowering sodium intake ( not by much), Sauna, Cardio, Lowering Carbs ( not by much), Probiotics, Dandelion Root Extract
Getting a tan improves coloring for 90% of people
Fashion might be cope but you can still use it to your advantage to highlight any of your good features ( clavicles and waist)
You should already be having good hygiene but i can’t not mention it because most of you are rotting incels jfl
Growing facial hair can also mask some falios like unprojected chin, short mandible, long philtrum, short ramus
Frauding is risky but could be worth it, i personally wouldnt recommend it.
Wearing colored contacts, Makeup, Height insoles

All of this is relatively cheap, approximately under 200$
In my opinion could raise someone’s PSL by atleast 1 point
