This guide explores less common methods to make your self more attractive without surgery / compound usage. If people want, I can also make guides on surgery and compound usage however there are already many great threads on those.

| bonesmashing | facial bone structure + bonemass | dimorphism | 8/10 | there are 2 benefits of bonesmashing. The first one is a short term swelling which you'll receive in the area you smash. This is good as it provides an extra few millimeters, which is often all it takes to mog. the second benefit is that after months of bonesmashing the same place you may notice slight changes in your bonemass, such as tiny increases in the width of your cheekbones etc. do it by getting a hard object, fists or most metallic blunt objects will do and routinely hit the designated area hard enough to where its painful but not too hard that you fracture anything. | chances of asymmetry, not proven to have long term effects (this is just my personal experience which may have been late puberty gains) |

I recommend pretty much never training legs unless ur not lazy like me. Personally I don't use shoelifts, and I just put socks under the soles of my feet anyway. Acne is one of the first ways that your body will get rid of unwanted toxins / oils. (after pissing, shitting etc). The next, and preferable way is SWEAT. By using a sauna multiple times per week, you can sweat out toxins as well as losing significant water. This will not only reduce / prevent acne, but will also significantly debloat you since you won't have as much water weight to hold in your face. If you apply ice to your face it will help your skin sit tight on your face and shrink fat pads. Additionally it will help with lymphatic draining which further evens out your facial bloat in the mornings. I also find that walking outside in the cold can give your cheeks a pink tone which I actually find is a great health indicator to top off the benefits | Results are quite limited however there really aren't many downsides other than the time and effort it takes to do this every day. |

(If your low IQ then watch faceIQ videos on youtube he does a good job of explaining why they're harmful) but also if your not into the "optimal human diet" which the majority of the forum aren't then I'm not trying to lose reps so just do what you want with ur diet except this one change. Carrots are known to contain beta-carotene. This is a pigment that gives food an orangey colour. It also does the same in humans, providing a darker / more orangey-tanned look if your a palecel. As well as this, they are known to control and reduce estrogen levels (however this one is sort of unproven and its suggested that this is due to the fibre contents which I'm not sold on yet) | Removal of fibre in the diet is proven to prevent nearly all gut issues. However its quite unavoidable and depending on your opinions you may not agree with me on this. |
