SUMMER ASCENSION PLAN

Current ascension plan for the summer made by myself. Collection of my findings on this site
First post using formatting. Mistakes might be made.

  • Volufine (Cope?)
    • I have bad undereye support due to my maxilla. Using Volufine to hopefully hide it
  • Eye Training (Orbicularis Hypertrophy)
    • Some say its cope but I believe it can work will update results to confirm
EYEBROWS AND LASHES
Noticed I had thin Eyebrows and straight eyelashes so this is my plan to combat this
  • Castor oil on Eyelashes and Eyebrows
    • Thickens strands giving a more thick appearance
  • ⚠️Latise on Eyelashes⚠️
    • Great for growing Eyelashes however can worsen undereye support so tread with caution⚠️
  • Eyelash Curler
    • Can help with eyelash prominence
  • Dye
    • Darkening Eyebrows and Eyelashes literaly like 10$ on amazon its great due to giving it a more masculine appearance
  • Dermastamp
    • Shown to improve blood circulation in areas causing hair follicle growth. Cheap and easy looksmax would recommend.

Currently my skin is fucked up right now because I used to pick at my pimples +current acne so this is how I plan on combating this issue

  • Note you can replace sunscreen and moisturizer with BB cream as it combines both into one. I have heard good results from it its worth a try.

Due to my genetics I have thin lips (Not Death tier) I plan on doing the following to maximize it
  • Volufine
    • Applying it on lips at night. Mixed reviews on it but decided to give it a try based on what I've been hearing on it. (Fat cells increase)
  • Lip Brushing
    • Temporary looksmax. Done to circulate bloodflow into lips giving it a more "Full" appearance
  • Chapstick
    • Used to moisturize lips and protect it from UV rays

Unfortunatly I suffer from a bulbous nose which is why I will be applying 1% Hydrocortisone cream on my nose every night to reduce its thickness. Will be taking ashwaghanda before this to reduce cortisol levels.

Unfortunately I have a rather short ramus thats been a major falio throughout my years so this is my main plan to atleast attempt to fix it.
  • Masticatory Hypertrophy
    • Chewing Hard gum 2-3 Hours daily focusing on symmetry (Slight Emphasis on Canine/Molars)
  • Bonesmashing (Cope?)
    • Hearing mixed opinions on this topic. Decided to try it out as I have enough freetime this summer to not care
    • 5 Minutes for each one Ramus, Zygos, Browridge, chin, and mandible
    • Focus on hitting carefully to reduce assymetry chances
    • Induce slight hypertrophy hitting harder each time
    • 2-3 Days rest before hitting once again
  • Mewing
    • Not expecting anything to happen. Mainly to prevent recession
  • With all of these things combined all thats left is to hope and pray this +Puberty along with some supplements you'll read after this my ramus will lengthen:feelswah: (It will not infact lengthen)

I plan on consulting with my orthodontist to create an infa-oral appliance to push my maxilla forward during my sleep. Similiar to how you mew during sleep. My hyoid is not terrible however I still believe it is beneficial to do these exercises.
  • Chin Tucks
    • Not much to say about this Simply stand with your back touching a wall and pull your head back forming a double chin 15-30 times 2 sets everyday
  • Hyoid Stretch
    • First, Open your mouth
    • Second, tilt your head up as high as possible
    • third, in that position try to brign your mouth together without moving from that position. Hold 30 secs for 2 sets everyday
    • Not as much research on this as the next one im going to show you but still can vouch from personal experience it works
  • Rapid Jaw open and close
    • In a study from the National Institute of Health "High-speed jaw-opening exercise resulted in a significant increase in the vertical resting position of the hyoid bone and its elevation during swallowing, elevation velocity, and esophageal sphincter opening, and a significant decrease in the duration of the hyoid bone elevation and the pharyngeal transit time."
    • All you need to do is to Open and close your mouth as fast as possible for sets of 2x30 seconds each time everyday for results.

Currently running a 5 day Upper Lower +Miscellaneous day Split. Each exercise is 1x Warmup set 2x working sets 4-8 rep range

Not going to dive to deep into this but just doing the basics like cutting down on unhealthy foods like fastfood etc. Eating natural foods like animal meats, fish, organs such as liver, heart etc. Trust me that Mcdonalds quarter pounder is not worth it bhai.

So, mostly good, just a few nuances: Orbicularis training and volufiline are likely cope, but if you're aware of that, and still willing to give it a try to go for it. I'd advise against using Latisse though, if you already have bad undereye support, it just isn't worth it.

Just a small note, maybe you're aware of that but it's always better to be sure:

Your actives go first in skincare, meaning you cleanse, use vitamin C serum, then moisturizer, then sunscreen, then chapstick. You don't moisturize and then apply serums, that would impair absorption.

Bonesmashing, 99.999% possibility of being cope, I wouldn't even bother. Also chewing hard gum for 2-3 hours may be overkill and put you at risk of TMJ, I would go lowering 30 minutes a day ideally, maybe 2 hours maximum, but 3 hours, on top eating, that's a lot of stress for your mandibular joint.

You likely don't need these supplements, a proper diet should be able to supply them just fine, no need to spend extra money on supplements.

When it comes to exercise selection, it's fine I guess, good upper lower, although no mention of sets and reps scheme, also starting with your isolations is usually not the best idea because you would be slightly fatigued by the time you have to work on your big compound movements. If you want further insight this dude "Paulo Guga" published a video titled something like "This Program Built My Physique" where he goes over a good Upper Lower scheme if you're looking for further insights.

When it comes to diet yes eat meat, fish, organs, dairy all of that, but don't fall for the carnivore bullshit, include plant products, fruits and properly prepared vegetables are fine. Also, no need to include both liver and heart in your diet, I mean you can, but if I were, I'd just do small portions of liver daily, or eat it once a week max.

  • Volufine (Cope?)
    • I have bad undereye support due to my maxilla. Using Volufine to hopefully hide it
  • Eye Training (Orbicularis Hypertrophy)
    • Some say its cope but I believe it can work will update results to confirm
EYEBROWS AND LASHES
Noticed I had thin Eyebrows and straight eyelashes so this is my plan to combat this
  • Castor oil on Eyelashes and Eyebrows
    • Thickens strands giving a more thick appearance
  • ⚠️Latise on Eyelashes⚠️
    • Great for growing Eyelashes however can worsen undereye support so tread with caution⚠️
  • Eyelash Curler
    • Can help with eyelash prominence
  • Dye
    • Darkening Eyebrows and Eyelashes literaly like 10$ on amazon its great due to giving it a more masculine appearance
  • Dermastamp
    • Shown to improve blood circulation in areas causing hair follicle growth. Cheap and easy looksmax would recommend.

Currently my skin is fucked up right now because I used to pick at my pimples +current acne so this is how I plan on combating this issue

Due to my genetics I have thin lips (Not Death tier) I plan on doing the following to maximize it
  • Volufine
    • Applying it on lips at night. Mixed reviews on it but decided to give it a try based on what I've been hearing on it. (Fat cells increase)
  • Lip Brushing
    • Temporary looksmax. Done to circulate bloodflow into lips giving it a more "Full" appearance
  • Chapstick
    • Used to moisturize lips and protect it from UV rays

Unfortunatly I suffer from a bulbous nose which is why I will be applying 1% Hydrocortisone cream on my nose every night to reduce its thickness. Will be taking ashwaghanda before this to reduce cortisol levels.

Unfortunately I have a rather short ramus thats been a major falio throughout my years so this is my main plan to atleast attempt to fix it.
  • Masticatory Hypertrophy
    • Chewing Hard gum 2-3 Hours daily focusing on symmetry (Slight Emphasis on Canine/Molars)
  • Bonesmashing (Cope?)
    • Hearing mixed opinions on this topic. Decided to try it out as I have enough freetime this summer to not care
    • 5 Minutes for each one Ramus, Zygos, Browridge, chin, and mandible
    • Focus on hitting carefully to reduce assymetry chances
    • Induce slight hypertrophy hitting harder each time
    • 2-3 Days rest before hitting once again
  • Mewing
    • Not expecting anything to happen. Mainly to prevent recession
  • With all of these things combined all thats left is to hope and pray this +Puberty along with some supplements you'll read after this my ramus will lengthen:feelswah: (It will not infact lengthen)

I plan on consulting with my orthodontist to create an infa-oral appliance to push my maxilla forward during my sleep. Similiar to how you mew during sleep.   • Chin Tucks
    • Not much to say about this Simply stand with your back touching a wall and pull your head back forming a double chin 15-30 times 2 sets everyday
  • Hyoid Stretch
    • First, Open your mouth
    • Second, tilt your head up as high as possible
    • third, in that position try to brign your mouth together without moving from that position. Hold 30 secs for 2 sets everyday
    • Not as much research on this as the next one im going to show you but still can vouch from personal experience it works
  • Rapid Jaw open and close
    • In a study from the National Institute of Health "High-speed jaw-opening exercise resulted in a significant increase in the vertical resting position of the hyoid bone and its elevation during swallowing, elevation velocity, and esophageal sphincter opening, and a significant decrease in the duration of the hyoid bone elevation and the pharyngeal transit time."
    • All you need to do is to Open and close your mouth as fast as possible for sets of 2x30 seconds each time everyday for results.

Currently running a 5 day Upper Lower +Miscellaneous day Split. Each exercise is 1x Warmup set 2x working sets 4-8 rep range
