As a 17yo whos noticed first recession at 15 i have always worried about losing my hair, if catched early and i hop on fin for the rest of my life and do the minoxidil and shit will i prevent hairloss forever as someone who has extreme balding genes or will i have to do the surgical transplant and shit

Yes it does as it blocks all androgens, other options are clacoterone,Pyrilutamide and asc-j9, preferably a combination between asc and one of the anti androgens

Im 17 and was on dut but personally didn't react well with nuerosteroids and stopped it and use exclusively Ru.
Just felt dumber and felt definite cognitive decline from it. Been off dut for 9 or so weeks and def felt recent improvement.
