This is a review I found from google, I also had a consultation at that clinic, but it's pretty shit, and the consultant wasn't even a surgeon, she was a fucking botched lady who had extremely big cheekbone implants lol. She declined me in like 5 mins lol. Got BFR in another clinic, went very well, very happy with my results.
Anyways, here is the review:
"I had an operation to remove Buccal fat from the cheeks and I decided to have it done in this clinic since it was the only clinic that made such operations in Tallinn. Operation was ~2 years ago.
At a paid consultation before the operation, the nurse spoke to me and not a doctor (!), now I understand that this is terrible. I was only able to talk to the doctor 1 hour before the surgery.
After the operation, the result was only on one cheek and it was not very noticeable, while the right cheek remained the same as it was with only two large scars inside the cheek...
After six months, I decided to write to the clinic and they told me to wait a year. After a year I wrote to them again. I asked for a second consultation after the operation as they promised me (they said it was included in the cost of the procedure) and they started ghosting me and told me to contact the doctor directly...
I contacted the doctor and as it turned out, he did not remove the Buccal fat pud on the right side, and I found out this a year after the operation!!! No one ever told me that the operation did not go according to plan and offered compensation for that!!!
I trusted this doctor again and went for surgery, but in another clinic (no, they didn’t give a discount for negligence) and after the second operation my cheek’ salivary gland was blocked and I had to stay in the hospital for 4 days. My face after surgery looked like I had angioedema.
Okay, the doctor was in touch but never offered compensation for moral damage to health!
More than six months have passed since the second operation, I still feel a numbness in my cheek, face looks not symmetrical although before this my cheeks were fine and inflammation of the salivary gland.
An operation to correct this “mess” in a good clinic will now cost me 3,000 euros.
As the result: The hospital does not keep promises, does not provide assistance to clients and does not take responsibility for cooperation with a doctor who harmed people’ health!

I wrote that the second operation was in another clinic, my bad review specifically to you was that 1) you are collaborating with a foreign doctor in which the patient has to go to the doctor’s country at his own expense and not make the promised return visit after the operation in Tallinn!
2) The 1st operation was performed in your clinic and, as it turned out, the doctor was unable to complete the right side and you did not ensure that the person was immediately informed about this!
Maximum disregard from this clinic, if someone reads this post, know that no one will tell you if it turns out you didn’t have a complete operation and you will find out for yourself if you ask
