30 min that when furosemide concentrations peak (its half life is like 2h30 min i think but it stay in your system like 8 hours)

Good rule of thumb its to not be thistty if your thirsty that mean your already dehydrated

Its irrelevant in the case you mentioning here jfl
But magnesium and pottasium supplemntation would help a lot when it comes to debloating
