It puts massive strain on your renal system. If you are also on a cycle or taking creatine, you are double taxing your kidneys.

start with 40mg, 40mg for me was enough for very signficant debloat but dont take it everyday, it wont work aswell and ud end up taking 120+mg daily for the same effect as 40. its not very practical to run daily, maybe eplerenone is a more long term choice but for immediate effects for nights out then its good.

Dude why take a drug that could possible kills you. Have you tried basics stuff like:

• Cut all salt/sodium 24 hours before the party.
• Drink 4-5 liters of water the day before, then taper down to sips on the day of the party.
• Use Dandelion Root (a natural diuretic) if you must.
• Do a light 'pump' workout 1 hour before you leave.
