There is no way im gonna work a job where im not completely alone with no human contact so something like nighttime security or cleaning is my only option and it doesnt pay good obviously

There is nothing worse than having good chin height and recessed chin. I have it and it destroys my face.

In the case of bimax, it brings out the jaw, making it more angular from the front. It improves forward growth, stretching the skin, making cheekbones more pronounced as well as more "hollowed cheeks". It also (my nose is slightly down turned) will make the nose upturned as it moves the maxilla.

Also you are forgetting about 3/4 profile, people don't just look at your from the front.

And being recessed isn't healthy, bimax is a functional surgery and is done by normies.
