FWHR: how to make face wider as an adult?

My FWHR is between 1.7 and 1.8. I want a wider face, would Malar implants be enough to bring it up?

Or can anabolic steroids, by redistributing fat and water in the face make your face wider?

Any way to do it? Or am I cooked?

Yes they would but mostly minimally, they would hypertrophy your muscles in every single body part. this would hypertrophy your buccinator and masseter and temporalis which all will make your face wider. Malar implants may be good but everyone tells me dont get cheek implants, ever, especially with low set ones

I'm cool getting implants. I'm already getting double jaw surgery this year. I just never seen anyone with cheek implants where their face looks a lot wider.
