Stupid niggers keep asking about mass. Like did you not go to fucking school mass equals your density times volume so obviously you can increase mass through stuff like steroids but it won’t affect your facial aesthetics

if ur going for density in ur bones (bone mass) its a diff story
to bone width (sizing of the bone how big / small it is )
