Most of you guys haven’t undertonemaxxed yet and I don’t blame you because it takes too long and is very difficult.

The current mainstream advice to achieve red undertones is to take lycopene + astaxanthin daily. This however is tedious, takes a long time, gives minimal effect, and is also expensive (unless you bulk buy raw powder which is inconvenient). The other way is to increase your red blood cell count through testosterone (or maybe equipoise) but most of you are wimps and won’t hop on, also hopping on just for this is ridiculous it should be part of a broader benefit/risk assessment.

I have recently discovered that microneedling your face can create subtle inflammation and achieve a red glow instantly.

I use a 0.25mm derma stamp all over my face and this is of course not very deep at all, it won’t cause much pain or irritation, and will not make you look overly red. It gives just the right amount of redness to my face to put me into the ideal undertone range. I use an alcohol swab on my face (I don’t recommend doing this if you have super sensitive skin) and disinfect the derma stamp in isopropyl alcohol. Best part is, the effects last 3-5 days, and now I am only doing it once every 10 days as maintenance.

To avoid any irritation, albeit very minimal, I do it in the evening and use “La Roche Posay Cicaplast Balm B5+” which helps soothe my skin snd keep my skin barrier intact.

As an added benefit, the microneedling is making the very outer surface of my skin smoother and removing fine wrinkles.

The cost in total is very little, only the derma stamp and technically alcohol wipes as well as the B5 balm.

FYI: I use the an adjustable 0.25-3mm derma stamp, adjustable with 0.25mm increments.
Don’t bother with a derma roller for this, it may lead to more uneven redness.

Requirements Summary: ~5-20 USD Derma Stamp, Isopropyl alcohol/rubbing alcohol, alcohol swabs 70%+ (optional, recommended)

This might be the only way to replace blush or makeup now. I'm going to try it soon.

do derma stamp on cheeks then use alcohol on face to make inflammation to mimic healthy glow ?

Other way around the alcohol is to disinfect your face. Inflammation from alcohol will hurt, damage your skin, and will not last very long anyways. Anyways alcohol evaporates very quickly hence why I am saying use it then derma stamp, it is not strictly necessary to wipe the face with alcohol just for extra safe precautions. Wiping the derma stamp IS very important though.

Well i've been doing this trick for like 3 years, but with derma rolling so i have un even skin around cheeks and nose like scars/wrinkles kinda, but they are barely visible. I thought with alcohol u will kinda make redness to stay longer. I have ordered derma stamp i think it will not make scars.
We need to find something that will damage the capilares/arteries whatever that will make redness permanent like rosacea people or people who spend long time in cold environment they usually have permanent red face, and cooks as well as they spent time in heat.

No you don’t want to damage vessels, this will cause blood leaking, lead to inflammatory response, and make you look like you got punched. We want to increase blood flow to the dermis and the best way is with a low amount of penetration (0.25mm). Derma stamping is less likely to cause scarring, it is used to fix scarring. Just don’t be stupid and go above 1mm if your goal is skin health. In infraorbital region and other sesnitive areas, 0.5mm max, 0.25mm for the nose. You aren’t supposed to feel anything other than very mild pain if any. Don’t be stupid and push for pain by increasing the length to high amounts, this WILL lead to scarring or even damage hair follicles in your beard or hairline.

Do you have rosacea-prone skin? I'd be surprised if the redness lasted for 4 to 5 days.

where do you needle, in the cheekbone area ?

No. When I first started it didn’t last as long but when I do it repeatedly, it lasts much longer.

Whole face as I said to gain even redness. 0.25mm for most, 0.5mm for forehead is what I am currently doing.

You're just creating inflammation, is that it?
Not inflammation. I am increasing bloodflow to my face to mimick a high red blood cell count and hence give the healthy glow. Inflammation is different, that would involve immune response and heat.

I'll try it How much time do you spend with the derma roller?

Read the thread, not a derma roller. However long you want to take lmao, depends on how quickly you do it. Maybe around 2m for me but the idea is that you do all of the areas of your face by the same amount.
