Can anyone give me tips on how to gain weight and stop being a skinny fuck I eat and eat but I don't gain shit, from the last year from 2025 I grew 7 inches and only gained 6 kg of weight.

should be very easy I was 51kg and it took 2 months to become stable 63kg no losing and or barely gaining , I was eating around 3k calories a day
