im 14 and 5'9
75kgs body fat seems to be around 24-26%

ive been bullied and tormented all my life i wont be retarded whilst doing this i wont starve ill eat a 300-500 calorie deficet nothing higher

lmk if this is still dumb
I used to almost be obese when I was 13/12.

I became anorexic, I couldn't eat properly because I was so depressed about my weight, still I ate in a somewhat normal diet, forcing my self to eat.

To answer your question, yes; and there is no argument.

keep training hard on reta focus on high protein meals when u eat bc u wont be eating much

keto diet is retarded, carbs are most important macronutrient for your body. but i do agree reta is def the best way
reta cuts off your hunger senses right? would that still leave my body with enough nutrients to function/grow

Zone 2 cardio 60-150 mins a week. Maintenance calories or calories deficit. High protein- around 1g/lb of body weight or lean body mass and fill the rest with mainly carbs and some fat. Train calisthenics or strength training to keep muscle.

keto diet is retarded, carbs are most important macronutrient for your body. but i do agree reta is def the best way
well in the sense of how to lose weight keto is not retarded, I didnt say its healthy but for quick weight loss its the easiest and best way to do it.

appreciate it i wont be able to get reta unless me and my friends both use it and my friend who i will be going on a cycle with at 15-15.5 isnt fat

Real food beats protein shakes every time. Take your body weight and however many pounds you are try to eat that in grams of protein to keep your muscle while cutting weight.

Yes eat a balanced diet and dont take too much reta, just slowly work your way up

i did it for 6 months. Depends on how much you want to loose. 1st month is hard but then its so easy. You will not be hungry, I ate once a day on keto and felt full the entire day

Bro dont think about reta or any specific diets. Just be in a deficit for a prolonged amount of time

Real food beats protein shakes every time. Take your body weight and however many pounds you are try to eat that in grams of protein to keep your muscle while cutting weight.
75 (kgs) x 2.2 (lbs) would be around 165 so 165g of protein?

would 60-75g of protein from shakes be okay

idk how to intake such protein

ehh i mean if your training in the gym carbohydrates are extremely important and cutting them out completely isnt helpful at all. all keto diet does is put u in a caloric deficit which makes u lose fat

start with 0.5 mg and you will still be hungry enough to eat good. But since you are so young i would wait on agressive weightloss. Wait till your puberty ends. I was fat till end of puberty now im 6´6. Genetics mostly but i know i would be a bit shorter if i was malnourished

well in ketosis you use ketones for energy and short term its not bad. I trained normally on keto.

i dont wanna fuck up my growth with such low calorie/nutrient intake im only grazing 5'9 and i wouldnt wanna be stuck below 5'10 just because i fucked up my diet
no. Keto was before i hopped on reta. I was on keto 6 months then i hopped on reta because keto is not good long term

put into chatgpt ur age height weight activity level and tell it to give u maintence calories. this is roughly the amount u burn on a daily basis, whatever that number is subtract 500 calories and dont go over that. track everything you eat, diet soda a zero sugar caffeine helps a lot with hunger/cravings

wouldnt take long. I cant say because it depends on a lot of things but it will be quite easy if you stick to your diet :) i ate a lot of food on keto but because i was full for so long i was still in a deficit even tho i ate like a pig

If you're 14 you should not be trying to loose fat/weight.

Just imagine you in your 20's, you're short and you wish you would have ate more when you were 14, you ar definetely going to regret this moment.

Do not cut weight if you value your looks and height.

I would recommend you to do what I did.

Do not even look at anything even slightly "junk" or goy food.

Eat a very well balanced diet with high protiens and work out, relative to your diet.

i will cut out all junk food ill make sure to increase protein intake aswell

Instead of not eating 100 calories, burn 100 calories: work out, train your muscles, but do this no more then 1-2 weeks!

And this is a must! Not a second over 2 weeks, you want to be in a surplus so your body knows it can grow.

Then immediately hop on a 200 calorie surplus, as the working out will increase test which increases metabolism, which will make your body require more calories, blah blah.
