I went from 184cm to 188 cm

how do you correct it bcuz i have one and im currently 6'1 so its nerfing my height ALOT
 
I used to think I was 177 since improving posture and working my back muscles I'm 179

There is no way u gain that much from this factor alone outside of scoliosis, u probably have not measured in the same conditions of spinal disks decompression

Make sure to this in the morning when waking up, some many factors during the day can lead to different levels of decompression, otherwise it has no value

I think I'll gain another 2.5 cm in height

so when I reach 190 cm, I'll be 195 cm tall in regular shoes, and around 199/200cm cm with lifts

Yes it is indeed very well important. My poster was so bad for a time that I gained almost 6 cm when I fixed it. Very good thing for people to remember.

Dead hangs, pressing your back to a wall, and just keeping my head straight up helped a lot with that.

Did you do any stretches or just strengthening?
Just making an effort not to hunch my shoulders and stand up straight.Its easier naturally to do this if you work your back muscles
I also take glucosamine

What rep range? Mine isnt too bad but its still noticeable.
what matters more is how intensely you do them and how many times a week not the number of rep range

5 times a week is best I've now added dead hangs to this routinee
