Also, is ostarine an effective SARM in a calorie maintenance/deficit diet? Got money problems now because I got fired from my bartender job because someone saw me spitting in a beer or some shit lmao

You can build muscle at maintenance (ridiculous amount of studies proving this), but you won’t necessarily be getting “bigger”.

Muscle is denser than fat and actually takes up less space. By recomping, you’re going to strip fat while building muscle, so you may in fact get smaller, but have the illusion of being bigger due to the increased muscle definition and proportions (smaller waist, wider shoulders)

Bulking is silly for looksmaxxers unless you’re underweight. A guy whose 160 lbs but shredded as fuck with a chiseled face is going to be peak attractiveness for the majority of women

STAY LEAN and build muscle WHILE STAYING LEAN. That’s the best body composition approach for looksmaxxers BY FAR. Bulking is death to your aesthetics/sex appeal

You need to bulk more or less. Most ppl here are 17-ish it won’t kill u being a bloated mess for a year of your life
