i have gait issues i.e i lean on the foot im walking with, is this due to aspie or to my abs being overdeveloped compared to my obliques?

You need to go to a good Phisioterapist and ask what is the cause

There is or other muscle that is very weak and it is making you compensate the lack of it with other muscle, which would cause you to limp

try to visualize you torso straight and firm without going side to side

youre probably visualizing your gait like this in your head
