How i fixed my skin
And you also can.
My skin issues starter at around 13 years old it was always a big insecurity for me i always had severe acne and other skinissues the root of those problems was prob. A mix of different things like nutrition, (sun) exposure and touching my skin every 10 sec
Here are underrated products and methods that helped me fix my skin:
1. Pimple patches
so i dont think that pimple patches and the active ingredients in them made a huge difference but it stops me from touching my pimples every 5 sec and spreading the bacterials from the acne to the rest of my skin the roi is also very good for around 10€ for 22 pieces but buy the cheapest you can find
2. Spf 50+
Spf moggggs so hard so this is not really underrated but it was the thing that actually made a difference for me if you dont know your skin neads time to heal from acne/pimples and recover when this happeneds with lots of sun exposure this process takes whey longer than without sun exposure. Ps. For all the primal mf'ers just try it please and see the difference and you can also oppt out for a only applying at the places with acne and also spr prevents skin from aging
3.vascular leaser treatment
So i head a so called spider vein on my infras what caused my infras from looking worse then they already are vsl treated about 50% of the issue for me retinol fixed the first 50% but the rest vsl fixed i had an amazing roi from this it cost for me about 50 bucks a session i have now done about 4 sessions but i am planning to do an extra 2 in the future this issue spider veins van also happen anywhere else on your face/body usaly it happens at an older age but hey the genetic lottery fucked me and prob you so.... Spider veins are a big looksmin but can easily be lasered into obliveration.
