Can intermittent fasting cause gallstones, if someone has a family history of it?

WWhat is this

Doubt it, do you have any symptoms? such as floating and light coloured poop, yellow skin or eyes? If so, malic acid, udca, taurine or ox bile will help.

And if u are in puberty, why are u doing intermittent fasting?

I'm not doing fasting but I'll do in 2 months. Is it not worth it during puberty?

No fasting is not worth it at all during puberty. Glucose, insulin, and T3 are very anabolic as they increase androgen uptake in cells, whereas fasting upregulates cortisol and adrenaline, which are catabolic in excess as they can cause early growth closure and aging. T3 which relies on consistent glucose supply is also responsible for steroid hormone synthesis, such as testosterone. There is igf-1 which increase bone growth, etc, which you want to maximise.
