every time i have money i consider buying a gaming PC then i realize i barely play games that that, and most people who have them don't. do you need a gaming pc for csgo, wow, or league? dota2 or rust? do people even widely play new single player games? $60 for a 30 hour single player game most people get bored of in 5 is not a good usage of time or money. nobody seems to play do that unless they're in hs. the age of graphics being a major selling point is over. expensive gaming PCs are an inel's vanity project. it's the equivalent of having a tripped up expensive car as a normie.

~$1200 is a sweet spot. Can go for $700 is you are on a budget.

Not as often as before. There is no instant gratification

Yeah dont buy the most expensive shit out there. No need to be on the bleeding edge of tech for a regular person.

remember when everyone mostly played single player games except for halo? maybe it was because i was just a kid but video games definitely seemed much funner then
