Gathering data on protocols ( heightmaxers GTFIH )

Hey all,

I wanted to conduct a bit of a survey here to try and see who has realized the most heightmaxing success and maybe determine which protocols seem to be the most effective. I have my tried and tested protocol which has realized me and some of my clients good results, but im curious to see what others have experienced with their own protocols.

Anyone who has tried heightmaxing, reply to this post with your age when you started, how much height you gained over X timespan, and what your protocol was.

I don't think you'll have much success, people here have this gatekeeping mentality where if you find something truly useful and resulting in real tangible results it's best to keep it to yourself or a small group of people cause mogging is a zero-sum game, and it's best to keep your competition as small as possible. Like discovering some military technology that gives your country a huge strategic advantage, you wouldn't share with to other countries right? But hopefully I'm wrong.
