Looks like you also accumulated some fluff during the bulk so either lean down or continue cruising and get even bigger

I mean you're 16 so I would restrict the calories too much since you may still have potential for more height gain but then on the other hand you're already blasting gear and idk if you're even controlling estrogen enough so do what ever you want I guess at this point.
You have potentially enough mass to look good lean i think just don't get shredded yet imo

Yes im South African lol and tbh im using eq to control my estrogen im to scared of using my armididex

Oh yeah right my bad but idk if its enough since even with eq dose testosterone should produce enough estrogen with that test to eq ratio but who knows.

Haven't met a white south African bpler on here yet interesting but i guess with tiktok nowadays everyone knows about LM. Y'all white boors have some insane genes for height and frame ngl must be weird though living there as a white person when the majority of people around you are probably black i think
