Sexism is still alive and well in western countries, the sexist measurements of gender equality are biased towards subjective laws like "reproductive rights", idk, they dont seem to measure sexism or power of gender norms influence.
Western women are taught about the realities of sexism, forcing them into female-safe occupations. Women get bullied hard IRL in blue collar, tech, engineering environments.
