Yes I got it tested and everything I have female brain patterns and I think I’m a female when I think of myself and I experience heavy dysphoria about my body, they also diagnosed me with bpd

If it's the former, here's something to help: write a story or a novel with a female character (could be you as a self insert), then make her do everything you want to do as a woman. It could be a fantasy story, mystery, basically pour all your feminine desires into that character.

you dont look ogre. your features are not completely ogre or hypermasc tbh. your nose for example is not hypermasc and rather feminime (atleast from what ive seen since ive never seen a 90° angle side profile, only close up of your nose + Kind of side) your body when you are completely lean doesnt seem ogre or hypermasc lmao. We both have similiar frames and when i was younger I actually went down the femboy road and it worked out just fine. Even your eyes are not what I would consider hypermasc tbh. what makes your face masculine the most is probably your chin since its really wide
