-Arms should be the same measurement as your calves
-Legs should be 1.5x the size of your arms (if your arms are 18 inches, legs should be 27-28)
- Chest size should be 2.5x the size of your arms (if arms are 21inches, chest should be 55inch or so)
-Forearm and arm measurement shouldmt be so much different, forearm should be just a few inches less then arms

this is why some body part have to be worked at least 4-5 times a week. like forearms, abs and calves.
and other body part just 1 or 2 times a week like legs.
simmetry is importan not only for aesthetics but also to look bigger with less muscle mass

Did u blast any steroids for facial dimorphism?

you can't really train for symmetry it's mostly insertions.

they don't actually care much about it competitively though, almost all olympians have shit ab symmetry which I think is more important than they make it out to be due to the abdomen being the most prominent place on your body.

chest and obliques matter too of-course, ideally you want obliques that slope down and don't have much protrusion.
