I can only bench 52 kg | 115 lb

I’m a genetic failure. How can one call himself a man when he can’t bench 135 lb? 61 kg | 135 lb is the minimum bench-press weight in order for a lifter to count as a man.

I'm 14 and can bench about 70 JFL it never began for my sub 12 inch wide hips and 6.5 inch wrists. Its crazy cause I have a 7 inch long dick and 0.9 digit ratio

How tall are you? If you're abnormally tall with really lanky arms and proportions then this is normal.

I must ROPE. I don’t wanna get strong by lifting, lifting, and lifting. Months and years of hardcore training for what—just to barely match the strengths of AVERAGE males?

Average Western males’ DEFAULT strengths brutally mog what my future , ADVANCED-level (5+ years of training) strength will be. I got shit genes: recessed cranial bones, micro-manlet height, small frame, light body weight, low default muscle mass, and East Asian descent.

I told you I don’t want to train giga gym programs. I want to be a NORMAL MALE, which is a man who weighs about 185 pounds (84 kg) and is moderately strong WITHOUT going to the gym.

That’s impossible, so I must rope!

Don’t worry if your untrained at 14 you will blow up in strength the next few years, I had a 75lb bench like a year and a half ago but after puberty and a growth spurt I bench 170 and I’m an Asian twink

@thecel on the other hand is fucked because he is a grown ass man with some training experience and only benches 115

I’m a babycel with minimal training experience. I don’t give a shit that my bench can improve a lot; all I want is to have a normal male’s starting point.

An untrained Chad, who never picked up a weight in his life, can probably bench 175, 200, or heavier shit.

But if u are COMPLETELY untrained 115 is actually average and not bad at all

I’m not completely untrained. I previously trained with bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and dumbbells.

Nope, many men are weak. Hit the gym. Get a good program. Lift hard. Get enough protein. Soon you will be able to lift 70 kg.

I hit my growth spurt in 7th grade and finished about a year ago. Have not significantly grown since at all and I'm about 5.11.75". Dad is 6'3 mom is 5'6. My sister grew 4 inches freshman year and girl puberty is typically earlier so I'm hoping my body is just gearing up for a huge change. Currently taking vitamin k, d3, magnesium and zinc. Its upsetting considering my dad has 8 inch wrists but my mom literally has 5 inch stunted growth tier wrists genetically and I took after her. Also my 5'8 sister has longer legs than me, the rest of my growth is likely in my torso so its over for me I'll have an elite swimmer body which is unaesthetic as fuck

Doesn’t really matter because you can always build more muscle until you reach your genetic limit. It just might take you longer than average, but given enough time you WILL grow. Muscle insertions, frame and height are what you can’t change and those factors determine your physique.

I also started with bitch weight and grew slower than my friends but I mog them in muscle insertions so I look better.

If you’re taller then bench can be pretty hard. When I started lifting I could only do 135 for 1 rep at 190 Ibs. But after a month I added a ton of weight and could do said weight for reps. It also depends if you’ve ever worked your chest before. I only ever needed my lats growing up and always avoided pushups. This made the movement of bench very strange because I had never actually done it before.

Quit complaining u have a better genetic base than a lot of ppl here your only 14, I guarantee you will grow atleast 2-3 more inches bare minimum, see where your newbie gains take you for 6 months to really see where u stand

Not long enough tbh probably 6-7 hours during the week but then again people just eat McDonalds sleep 6 hours all week and weekend and grow to 6'3 JFL! Genetics are a scam

6-7 hours is OK, not good, but OK. Consider relocating to Indonesia or Venezuela.

Ngl, I kinda fell off when I was benching my max was 90 for 25 reps when I was doing 5x5 but my squats were easily a plate+, ohp was like 80lbs and deadlift was 2+ plates. My triceps are shit but my legs are solid tier cuz of all the running I do.

How much does having longer arms impede my bench press? My reach is about 6'4 and I'm 6'2

I went to the gym once with my friend, it was push day and I couldn't even do 30kg on the bench press. I did reps for 27.5kg, 20kg (the bar), 25kg etc and I was too tired after

The weird thing is I can do about 5 push ups, and I weigh over 90kg

I would say HTN with chadlite potential after facemaxx maybe but IRL many people say I look very solid but then again virtue signal most likely
