I have 137 iq and my motor controll used to be in the bottom 4% due to developmental deficits (not 100% genetic, but still exogenous factors out of my controll in combination with a genetic predisposition to dyspraxia and so on)

0 fucking self confidence 0 trust in myself or my abilities.

My physical and motoric abilities have by then improved (a little bit yk? playing football and stuff is still huniliating and really stressfull and i just know for a fact i'm not doing anything right) and i am very glad for that,

but the mental aspects stayed.
