It’s over for me. Been this way for 10+ years actually, it’s only been recently that I decided to go to a doctor. However, that was only to get my hands on sleeping medication and I got exactly that.

I really am saying the truth, I said it’s a bad idea to demote someone because of public pressure, and that it would lead to them doing this more often since they’ll be successful in their objective but of course I didn’t have the final say. Thank you brother, I’ve got the sleeping pills but I’ve not used them yet. I’m not sure if I should, since they’re benzos that are given in cases of severe insomnia and debilitating insomnia. So far I’ve been able to keep a better schedule so I’ll try to keep that up. The latest I’ve gone to bed is 5:30 AM which is really good. Normally I would sleep between 6 AM and 1 PM, but now I haven’t made it any later than 5:30 AM.
