Genio, or Bsso (read desc)

I spoke to a surgeon recently, i have the option to do BSSO to fix my overbite (bite focused, maybe this would include cosmetic genioplasty, but not sure about that yet), or i could do genioplasty purely cosmetically, both options are free.

Should i get genioplasty now, and save up for maybe doing DJS later in life, or should i go for a BSSO lower jaw surgery only, focused on fixing the overbite (may lock off djs later)

depends on your maxilla and current chin projection. I've been to 2 plastic surgeons, 1 said that you MUST do djs first, other (Andreischev btw) said that it's ok. Dont do genio then djs tho, its stupid, just save for a trimax
