Every time I see people’s genio results I can’t help but feel underwhelmed because of the minimal changes, but at least it looks natural and frauds side profile to hide recession.

With bimax you can get both but it’s a highly invasive procedure where a botch will ruin you (so many dogmaxxed botches) and only a slight psl increases in most cases.

I won’t include pics here cause high inhib greycel but I can pm my lower third to anyone here knowledgeable in surgery for a second opinion.

Im leaning towards a genio but then again it’s chad or death so I’m very open to good insight and being pointed in the right direction for my research.

Depends on what you're working with. If you have asymmetries and/or are class 2 or 3 then you need jaw surgery. Basically if you have any actual medical issues relating to recession then you need to have jaw surgery. Genio is just what bluepilled orthos will tell you to get because it's much less invasive. But if you have an actual noticeable recession you'll likely get both anyway in the same surgery, jaw surgery gives forward growth/makes the face more or less compact if needed while genio will give you chin projection.

Appreciate the high iq insight. If you’ve done some digging into surgeons, I’m hearing that Pagnoni and Alfaro are the two with the most liberal amount of movement. Rafaini is more conservative in the way he does it but also safer. Not sure which one would give the best results. I work in sales so I know that consulting them wouldn’t even be the best course of action cause the pitch could be everything I ever wanted and then I end up worse than before.

pretty sure dogmaxxing can be solved with inframalar implants

In your case you can just solve the malocclusion with orthodontics like braces and get a genio with potential implants, although they can look uncanny and customs are definitely the go to.

A bimax is just so fucking brutal recovery wise and if you already have good forward growth there’s no need to fuck with your harmony it won’t be any better.

Genio actually looks natural, it’s implants that can cause serious problems. If you get lucky though they can ascend you on top of genio.

Please could i ask you? And if i have a recessed maxilla, do i qualify to get Bimax for medical purposes?

My ortho disagnosed me with Class II but never mentioned surgery, said I should've gotten expander at 13. He told me I'll need braces what do u think

Expand with MSE then get DJS (bimax)

use the post MSE braces as your pre Bimax braces to save thousands

Coeanacig (Australia) offers enormous movements but he is insanely expensive.
