You look quite good in those recent pics. Visibly better/healthier than before, whether you got a genio or not.

I would say that one of the highest ROI would be restoring the temporal peaks and hairline, because you have great hair characteristics, and it has the potential to be a strong halo.

Your nose is ok in its current condition, assuming you don't mind the obvious ethnic marker when seen from the side. Hypothetically, you could reduce nostril show and tip bulkiness, and also straighten the dorsum.

Your ears appear to flare quite significantly. If confirmed, and if it bothers you, then you could have them pinned.

Your under-eye shows signs of hollowness, with some darkening and a tear through. A fat graft could attenuate this flaw.

Your chin would benefit from additional width, and from additional forward growth as well. A chin implant could achieve both.
