Hey guys my genioplasty consultation at children’s hospital is tomorrow and I’m wondering if I can ask for a bimax or bsso because of my extreme recession. Here are my photos let me know what you think.

No. You can get 12mm advancement no grafts. If it starts reaching 14-15mm or more then yes bone grafting is done.

Thank you man. My parents aren’t sure about a full on bimax but if it’s insurance covered that’ll be another story. I’ll update you too
