Genioplasty in Moscow - surgeon recs?

I’ve decided to get genioplasty and am currently researching options in Moscow. Does anyone have firsthand experience with skilled surgeons or reputable clinics here? I’m also considering Europe, but traveling for surgery would be extremely challenging for me—is the difference in quality significant enough to justify it?

Could you walk me through the typical process? I assume it starts with a consultation, followed by 3D planning—is there anything else I should expect? Also, any advice on selecting the right surgeon, understanding pricing, etc would be incredibly helpful.
