genioplasty or djs?

been on the threads for a while but i just recently became interested in getting surgery (I got money) so I'm new to surgery stuff call me a gray or wtv but what yall think I could just use some advice. Also aqualyx just came in so im doing that tomorrow i think. I think im like 10-11% bf but shit just sticks in my face so bad and my recessed chin does not help.
i also just got diagnosed with sleep apnea so insurance could be a big help depending on what I end up wanting to get done.

straight nose means you cant a leforte thats even worthy of doing, also well developed maxilla is genetics. And if you have the genes to have upturmed nose or straight nose and still have shit maxilla then leforte isnt the solution unless you want a giga rhino after aswell, and its not many rhino surgeons who is good at rebuilding and projecting noses
